This is Tony Berardi, LNHA, President and Administrator of SMC. I wanted to send you all the particulars for the Skilled Nursing Visitations that will start next week!
We will be doing the Rickly visitations will be on Tuesdays starting 9/15 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.. The visits will be scheduled in 30 minute increments and will inside the visitation tent that is set up outside of our Wellness Center. The time Slots will be 1 to 1:30, 1:45 to 2:15, 2:30 to 3:15 and 3:30 to 4. To set up a visitation, please call 937.525.1755 and we will call you back to set up the appointment.
We will be doing the Pathways visitations on Wednesdays starting 9/16 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. To set up an appointment, please call 937.408.0463 and we will call you back to set up an appointment. The Pathways visits will be done with the visitor outside in the courtyards communicating with the residents through the windows while they are inside on the units. These visits will also be in 30 minute increments with a 15 minute turn around break for sanitation and swapping visitors.
PLEASE REMEMBER that ALL visitors will be screened at the guard shack upon entry and will not be allowed to proceed without a facial covering on. Facial coverings MUST be worn at all times. You must also abide by the social distancing requirements. You cannot come in contact with your loved ones unfortunately. Please notice that these time frames are tight so coming in timely for your visitation is important, but you can not show up more than 10 minutes prior to your appointment because we do not have any waiting areas.
