Villa Homes

Browning Masonic Community’s villa homes are like living in a suburban residential community with a country feel while close to the conveniences of nearby Waterville and the bigger city of Toledo. Browning handles maintenance, snow removal, lawn mowing and repairs, while tenants just sit back and enjoy the luxury and security of knowing the 24-hour help, including medical assistance, is close by. The homes include a great room; kitchen; master bedroom with bathroom and walk-in closet; guest bedroom with walk-in closet; foyer; and a two-car garage. Community members also get phone, basic cable, water, 24-hour security, landscaping and mowing as part of their monthly fee. Also available on campus is full–service dining, fitness center, spa, library, sitting rooms and social areas, outdoor areas, a lake, and access to an abundance of social activities.

Apartments

Browning Masonic Community offers spacious 1 bedroom/1 bath private apartments with large living rooms and kitchenettes. All apartments include private storage, window sheers, local telephone, basic cable, all utilities with individual temperature controls, 1 meal per day with meal plans available to purchase breakfast or lunch, coffee/juice bar, bi-weekly housekeeping, weekly fresh bed and bath linens, mail box, scheduled transportation, access to community space and activities, laundry room available on every floor at no charge, 24 hour emergency call system, security monitoring and access to community space and activities.
