We are looking for a Maintenance Technician, to work full time, and it could be YOU!

Each Engineering III employee is required to be a skilled craftsman in at least 2-3 of the following trades and be able to perform limited work in all:

  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • 608 Refrigerant certification
  • Steam Pipe Fitting
  • Water Treatment
  • Finish Plaster
  • Carpentry, Masonry, cement/brick block
  • Finish painting, floor/wall tile, wall paper
  • Communication and electronic equipment
  • HVAC certification

Supplies information pertinent to specification and subsequent acquisition of best material, at a competitive price.

Instructs subordinate personnel in use of tools, diagnostic and repair/installation procedures.

Contacts and renders assistance/information to contractors, utilities, suppliers, or service companies as circumstances may dictate.

May be called upon to act as a group leader on any given project

Adheres to all policies and procedures of the organization and all federal and state laws regarding the privacy of protected health information.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Appropriate certifications and/or licenses as required by state or federal regulatory agencies for the skilled trade(s) held by the individual.

Valid Ohio Driver’s License and insurable with Ohio Masonic Home.

Ability to operate variety of maintenance/repair equipment
